ASYCUDA REGISTERATION IN NIGERIA

Two categories

• A newly established company(below one year)
• An existing company(over a year)

Documents required (newly established company).

• Present an original copy of certificate of incorporation
• photocopied Memorandum of Association
  
• photocopied Articles of association
  
• With your company letterhead write a letter to the Asycuda Co-ordinator requesting for Asycuda number.

When you have been given the number, write another letter to have the given number keyed-in to the same recipient.
Process completed

Note: For the established company (existing over a year), please include your tax clearance certificate to the required documents.
